If have any concern regarding the taste/quality and need any clarification regarding ingredients of the food product, we will hear your issue via info@ishwarjigajakwale.com or you can drop us a message via Contact Us page.
If you find that the packaging is tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, kindly drop us a email us at info@ishwarjigajakwale.com regarding the same. Mention the order details & relevant photographs and videos within 24 hours of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Ishwarji Gajak Wale does not take title to returned items. Any case of refund or cancellation is at the sole discretion of Ishwarji Gajak Wale.
In case of refund, store credit or coupon code will be provided of the refund amount.
Once the order process for dispatch, the cancellation will not be allowed.
Shipping Policy
- All orders placed post 12:00 pm shall be processed for dispatch within 24 hours only and delivered to you as per the given timelines.
- Any order placed/booked on late weekend i.e. on Saturday post 5:00 pm will be processed on Monday or next working day evening. No courier service or pickups are available on Sundays or any Government Holidays hence we have restricted dispatch timelines due to the limited shelf life of our products.
- Orders booked during festival time might suffer a little delay in dispatch/delivery in comparison to normal delivery timelines due to several reasons like stock availability, overloaded shipments, etc.
- Shipping details entered while booking should be correct. Any delay faced in delivery due to wrong details will be the sole responsibility of the customer only.
GRIEVANCE CELL
- All product and shipping related concerns will be entertained within 24 hours of delivery only.
- Visual proofs of the case are essential.
